RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This return and refund policy applies to all purchases made on the Bicyrekkord.com website by customers located in Colombia.

Returns:

  1. Defective or Damaged Product:
    – If the product received is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to return it within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

  1. 2. Disagreement with the Product Description:
    – If the customer receives a product that does not match the description provided on the REKKORD SAS (Bicyrekkord.com) website he/she has the right to return it within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Please note that returns are not accepted for issues related to variation in the design of the part, only when the product received does not meet the factory functionality.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The product must be in its original condition, with all original labels and packaging intact, including connection pachas when applicable.
  2. The customer must present the purchase receipt or proof of payment upon return.

Return Process:

  1. The customer must contact our customer service to notify the intention to return the product and receive instructions on the return process.
  2. Upon receipt of the return request, REKKORD SAS will arrange for pickup of the defective or incorrect product, or provide instructions for return shipping, the customer is solely responsible for shipping charges.
  3. Upon receipt and verification of the condition of the returned product, REKKORD SAS will proceed with the shipment of a replacement product, as appropriate,

Refunds:

  1. If a refund is applicable, it will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
  2. The time frame for processing the refund may vary depending on the method of payment and the policies of the issuing bank.
  3. Under no circumstances will a refund be made if the returned product is altered, broken or if it has been tampered with externally or internally, or if more than 5 calendar days have passed since the purchase was made.
