SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all departments of the Colombian territory through reliable and nationally recognized carriers, who guarantee security and coverage, so that your items arrive in the right conditions and to the address you want.

Delivery Times:

Our deliveries are only made on business days, which are cataloged from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and national holidays in Colombia. For main cities the approximate delivery time is up to 5 working days, for other municipalities up to 10 working days depending on the destination, the times mentioned above may vary positively or negatively, this depends on the internal logistics of each carrier by which shipments are made.

It is not possible to make deliveries at an exact time and must have as destination a punctual and safe address, such as home or office. In case of NOT finding the addressee the package will enter the process of reshipment and may take additional days for delivery, this reshipment time is handled independently by each shipping company and does not depend on any reason by REKKORD SAS. During Black Friday, days without VAT
and/or discounts, delivery times may increase significantly and are subject to availability.

The delivery time of orders begins to count from the confirmation of payment and may be affected by force majeure factors, as well as the population in which you are and the day and time you make the purchase. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, the delivery time will be extended by 1 or 2 extra working days.

solve it and give you an answer as soon as possible. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. and S.T. from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M and Saturdays from 9 to 12 P.M.

You should consider the following:

Our payment platforms PayU and/or MercadoPago or the one we are handling at the time of your purchase, must approve the transaction according to the analysis of the data they perform internally.
Once your payment is approved, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order. Subsequently, when your order is shipped, we will send a new email and/or message via WhatsApp with the tracking number so you can know the actual location of the product and the estimated delivery date with the carrier we have chosen for your shipping logistics.
The customer is solely responsible for providing data for the shipment of the product, which must include:
  • Exact address, which must contain: City and Department, if necessary exact driving directions.
  • Easy to contact telephone numbers
  • Full names and surnames.

Details and restrictions free shipping:

REKKORD SAS covers all shipping costs for purchases over $99.900 (COP) within the Colombian territory. The shipping company used will be the one chosen by our company.

Free shipping will not apply for the following cases, who must assume this value in full regardless of the total amount of the purchase, which will be paid by the customer against delivery when receiving the order.
  • Shipments outside Colombia
  • Shipments to San Andres, Islands and Leticia, Amazonas.
  • Municipalities without coverage by the transport companies.

Shipping Cost:

For purchases made for a value less than $99.900 (COP) and for cases that do not apply
shipped at no cost (Details and restrictions free shipping), this value will be determined in each particular case depending on the destination, weight and volume of the package. You will know this price once the package is
dispatched, since it will be determined by the shipping company at the time we deliver it.

Shipping cost guarantees:

In order for our technical team to check the product, the customer will be the only responsible for delivering the item to our main address and/or warehouse, this cost will be borne by
of the customer.

If the product is covered by warranty, REKKORD SAS shall bear the cost of returning the product to the customer. If the product does not apply for warranty, the customer shall bear the cost of return shipping of the product.
