Warranty Exclusions<\/strong><br>The warranty <strong>does not apply<\/strong> in the following cases:<\/p><ul><li>Damage caused by <strong>blows, cracks, deformation or misuse of the product.<\/strong><\/li><li>Exposure of the product to <strong>moisture, liquids or unsuitable conditions.<\/strong><\/li><li>Failures caused by <strong>electrical overloads, short circuits or voltage fluctuations<\/strong> outside product specifications.<\/li><li>Intervention, manipulation or repair by <strong>unauthorized third parties.<\/strong><\/li><li>Alterations to the product, such as modifications or adaptations not approved by Bicyrekkord.<\/li><li>Products with <strong>broken, altered or removed security seals.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ac75792 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ac75792\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>3. Installation and Customer Responsibility<br><\/strong><\/p><ul><li>To guarantee the correct operation of the product, it must be installed in an authorized Bicyrekkord workshop. The list of authorized workshops is available at:<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\"><a style=\"color: #000000; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.bicyrekkord.com\/en\/authorized-workshops\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> https:\/\/www.bicyrekkord.com\/talleres-autorizados\/<\/a><\/span><\/span> <\/li><li>In places where Bicyrekkord does not have authorized workshops,<br>the customer must inform us prior to installation to receive<br>orientation or be referred to the appropriate personnel. If the customer does not contact us previously and handles the product incorrectly in cities where Bicyrekkord does not have authorized workshops, Bicyrekkord will not assume any responsibility for damage or malfunction. <\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-fc81e48 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"fc81e48\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4. Consumer Rights Pursuant to Law 1480 of 2011<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f1b5247 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f1b5247\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;ekit_we_effect_on&quot;:&quot;none&quot;}\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>Right to repair or replacement (Article 11)<\/strong>: If the repair is not effective within a <strong>reasonable time<\/strong> or the replacement is not available, the customer may request the replacement of the product or the refund of the money.<\/li><li><strong>Maximum repair time (Article 12)<\/strong>: The repair time <strong>may not exceed 30 working days<\/strong> from receipt of the product. If this period is exceeded without an effective solution, the customer may request replacement or refund. <\/li><li><strong>Warranty on replaced parts:<\/strong> Parts replaced in a warranty repair will have the same warranty time<br>of the originally purchased product.<\/li><li><strong>Right of withdrawal in online purchases (Article 47):<\/strong> The customer may request the return of the product within <strong>five (5)<\/strong> days.<br><strong>business days after delivery,<\/strong> provided that it has not been used, installed or manipulated and is returned in its original packaging.
