    – If the product received is defective or damaged, the customer has the right to return it within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.

    1. 2. Disagreement with the Product Description:
      – If the customer receives a product that does not match the description provided on the REKKORD SAS<\/strong> website (Bicyrekkord.com) he\/she has the right to return it within a maximum period of five (5) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order. Note that returns are not accepted for issues related to variation in the design of the piece, only when the product received does not meet the factory functionality.
      – The customer must notify REKKORD SAS<\/strong> about the disagreement with the product description through our customer service within the above mentioned period.
